2008 Exhibitors - Mexican Mail Offer

A fraudulent scam originating in Mexico is sending USPS mail solicitations to folks previously listed on the 2008 website posting.

These "offers" of a 'event listing' for $1,500 are purely fraudulent and not connected in any way, form shape or manner with the real honest to goodness SEE Expo.

After looking into this, from our Congressional office to others, the best thing appears to be simply ignore the letter. Very sorry, but it seems the SEE Expo has hit the international scene, so I guess this comes with that territory. Please just tear up & ignore the mass mailing from Mexico. You are under no obligation to respond, and if you do it could be even deeper doo doo.

For the record, your listing with the SEE Expo is included with your exhibitor / sponsor participation each year, so while the website has to be supported and that's accounted for, arguably the real SEE listing is free.

Sorry for any confusion or worry,
Ned Ryan Doyle
S.E.E. Expo Coordinator
