The Green Light Cafe is a mobile catering vegetarian/vegan kitchen based out of Black Mountain,NC., focusing on providing delicious, healthy meals for the concious palate with little or no use of animal products. A range of great foods will be available all weekend from Green Light Cafe at the SEE Expo, in the Davis Arena near the Presentation Classroom. Have an affordable, healthy lunch or light snack and rest your legs a while, after all....... visiting over 100 exhibitors is a lot of walking! A final menu is being prepared and will be posted when available!
Formerly a brick and mortar restaurant of the same name,Green Light Cafe's mobile kitchen is now available for on-site or off-site preparation for events and festivals, accomodating any special dietary requirements just ask. No job too small, just give us a call.
